Overall experience is great! They explained the overall process of enabling a virtual tour on Google for our business, educated our staff with our very minimal involvement. The overall quality is great and turnaround of getting us on Google was less then a week. Highly recommend for any business.

Dustin was chosen from a list of professionals through Google+ as a Trusted 360 photographer to shoot our retail store in Lancaster, PA. He was fun, flexible with scheduling and extremely easy to work with. Since, this Pet Store is so large (The Largest Pet Store in the World) we walked through the store path together and bounced ideas back and forth until a plan was set - then immediately Dustin went to work.

Dustin was very kind and professional with customers and employees, alike. He was able to capture the essence of the quality products, livestock and services that we offer as if you were right here in the store! I am amazed how quickly Dustin worked and how he was able to make our warehouse look so incredible. Turnaround time was just a few days and we were up on the web in no time. I highly recommend Dustin for he is efficient, knowledgeable and very talented in his field of work. You couldn't ask for better service!

I stumbled on Google's virtual tours for business by accident. When I saw it, I knew that I needed one for my business, Mobile Edge in Lehighton. I saw that Dustin was a Google trusted photographer for my area and I contacted him. He was very responsive and explained the process to me. We agreed to move forward and he arrived promptly on the scheduled date. He was extremely professional and followed through with everything.

The end result was phenomenal! I couldn't be happier with Dustin and the services he provided. He has even followed up with me to see if I have achieved any tangible results. On a related topic, if you are a small business owner and are reading this, you should definitely consider a virtual tour. It is affordable and a real way to set yourself apart. Ours has been live for about 6 weeks and I can directly attribute at least 4 sales to the virtual tour. I have profited nearly twice what I spent with Dustin in that short time. And if you are in the area that Dustin operates, I would highly recommend that you use photographer.

Just got to see the photos Dustin took of my store and I was impressed. Really good quality; great lighting. Got a call this morning from a customer who was looking at some pictures of the store; not sure if they were his that fast but it clearly indicated the value of giving our customers a better view of who we are and what we do.
